Siddharth Nambiar began their work experience in 2009 as an Assistant Manager of HR at Nitco Ltd. Siddharth then joined Peninsula Land Limited in 2011 as an Assistant General Manager of HR. In 2018, they were promoted to Deputy General Manager and Deputy Head of HR at Peninsula Land Ltd. In 2020, they transitioned to the role of General Manager of HR at Ashok Piramal Group.
Siddharth Nambiar pursued their education in a chronological manner, starting with their schooling. From 1989 to 1999, they attended the Adarsh English High School and obtained their SSC degree.
Moving on to higher education, Siddharth completed their LLB degree with a focus on Intellectual Property Rights at the University of Mumbai. This course spanned from 2005 to 2008.
Additionally, Siddharth pursued an MBA specializing in Marketing & HR from the Indian Institute of Planning and Management. Siddharth enrolled in this program from 2007 to 2009.
In terms of certifications, Siddharth obtained the Certified PPA Practitioner certification from Thomas Assessments Pvt. Ltd in July 2015.
