At Laxton, they were responsible for developing and implementing proprietary hardware and software systems for elections, citizen identity, border security, and law enforcement.

Prior to their role at Laxton, Vishal worked at NEXT Biometrics as Vice President & General Manager for India, where they were instrumental in developing the business from scratch and achieving strategic objectives. Vishal also served as the Head of Sales and Business Development for India, overseeing sales, profit, team management, and hiring.

Before NEXT Biometrics, Vishal worked at IDEMIA as a Manager in Citizen Identity, specializing in various areas of management such as operations, sales, presales, key account management, marketing, and strategy. Vishal also worked at Pitney Bowes as a Regional Manager and Canon India as a Business Development Manager, where they managed volume business models and developed business through channels and alliance partners.

Vishal began their career at Wipro Infotech as an Account Manager, where they managed the PC channel division and successfully implemented a distribution model. Vishal also played a major role in strategic planning, product launches, and establishing sales channels.
