Hazel O' Donovan

Hazel O' Donovan is a seasoned customer service professional with extensive experience in the hospitality and retail sectors. Currently serving as a Customer Service Representative at Laya Healthcare since February 2021, Hazel has previously held various roles at Castlemartyr Resort, progressing from Front Desk Receptionist to Reservations Supervisor from May 2014 to February 2021. Earlier experience includes a position as Shop and Deli Assistant at Costcutter Supermarkets Group Limited from December 2007 to May 2014. Hazel holds an Honours Bachelor degree in Business in Tourism from Cork Institute of Technology, completed in 2014, and received a Leaving Certificate from Mercy Heights Secondary School in 2010.
