Kavi Packiam

Throughout his career, Kavi has helped close over 50 M&A and capital raising transactions with an aggregate transaction value exceeding $20 billion. In addition to advising both public and private companies on their financial and strategic initiatives, Kavi continues to manage principal merchant banking investments on behalf of Layer 7. Prior to co-founding Layer 7 alongside Steve Lee and Wayne Yang, Kavi was an investment banker at Barclays Capital and Bank Street, where he covered companies in the same sectors he focuses on today. Kavi graduated from Stony Brook University.
