Steve K. Lee

Prior to forming Layer 7 Capital, Steve was a Managing Director at Bank Street, a boutique investment bank covering the TMT sector. Steve also worked as a leveraged finance professional at Carlyle, BofA, Merrill Lynch and US Bancorp Libra. Steve began his career as a lawyer at Fried Frank in NYC. Steve currently serves on the board of Performive and Advice Interactive Group. Steve graduated from Harvard Law School and UC Berkeley.
