Ana Carolina Lima

Ana Carolina Lima is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience in various HR roles. Currently serving as the Coordenadora de Recursos Humanos I at Layer Up since September 2021, Ana focuses on HR development and supports the team in technical matters. Prior to this, Ana held the position of Analista Master de Recursos Humanos II, where responsibilities included CV sourcing, candidate interviews, and analytical reporting. At Coface, from July 2018 to September 2021, Ana worked as an Assistente de RH, engaging in a comprehensive range of HR activities, including candidate selection and exit interviews. Ana's career began with an internship in human resources at Cor Odonto and included administrative roles at Comunique-se S/A. Ana holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Universidade Paulista and has undertaken various professional courses, strengthening expertise in administration and English communication.
