Marcin Gruszka

Marcin Gruszka has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Marcin began their career as a Senior Consultant at Deloitte in 1997 and worked there until 2000. Following that, they joined Strategos as a Senior Associate from 2001 to 2005. In 2006, they founded Business Process Analytics, where they served as the Founder until 2008. Marcin then worked as the Director of Customer Analytics at Banamex-Citi from 2008 to 2015. Subsequently, they joined Scotiabank, where they held various roles, including Director Retail Credit Risk and Scoring from 2015 to 2016 and Director Digital Banking Analytics - Digital Factory Data Products and Data Engineering from 2016 to 2018. From 2018 to 2022, they worked as the Director of Data Science - Digital at Citibanamex. Currently, Marcin is employed as a Senior Machine Learning Scientist at Layer 6 AI.

Marcin Gruszka attended Michigan Technological University from 1992 to 1997, where they earned their Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) degree in Engineering Physics/Applied Physics.
