Raul Rupsingh

Raul Rupsingh is an accomplished technology executive with extensive experience in engineering leadership across multiple sectors, particularly in healthcare and technology. Currently serving as the Head of Engineering at Layla since October 2024, Raul focuses on advancing patient-centric mental health care in Canada. Previously, Raul held the role of CTO at Engineering.com and ProjectBoard, where efforts were centered on enhancing STEM events. As Chief Technology Officer at BookJane, Raul managed engineering operations with a significant budget and a diverse range of technologies, contributing to the development of a large network of on-demand healthcare professionals. Other significant roles include VP Engineering and Chief Information Security Officer at Swift Medical, Director of Engineering at Right Health, and Software Development Team Lead at InteraXon Inc.
