James Bills possesses extensive experience in the construction industry, currently serving as a Superintendent at Layton Construction and Hughes General Contractors, Inc., while also holding the position of Site Superintendent at Stout Building Contractors LLC. Previously, James was the Owner and COO of Concrete Artisans, a leading decorative concrete company recognized for its award-winning projects and magazine features. Additionally, James gained valuable expertise as a Project Manager and Sales professional at Paul M Wolff Company, ensuring projects were completed with high levels of quality, timeliness, and budget adherence. James holds Master Craftsman degrees in Decorative Concrete from both the Concrete Polishing Association of America and the Decorative Concrete Institute, as well as credentials from the International Polished Concrete Institute.
