Rebecca Lamotte

Rebecca LaMotte is an experienced construction manager with a strong background in project management. Currently serving as a Construction Manager and Senior Project Manager at Layton Construction since April 2022, Rebecca previously held various roles at Hardison/Downey Construction from May 2011 to April 2022, including Project Director and Project Manager. Notable projects include the ASU West Student Housing and Dining Hall, as well as multiple renovations and improvements for Arizona State University and GoDaddy. Rebecca began their career with internships at Layton Construction and Cox Communications, and holds a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from Arizona State University, completed in 2011.
