Janna Sullivan

Janna Sullivan joined LAZ Parking in 2008 as General Manager responsible for all operations in North and South Carolina, bringing over 25 years of parking industry experience to LAZ. As Regional Vice President, Janna is focused on maximizing operating results for both LAZ and our clients, growth through new business opportunities, and other administrative functions. With her wealth of industry experience in commercial office, municipalities, hotel, portfolio parking administration, mixed-use, airport management, and event management, Janna has a proven success record in customer and client satisfaction, as well as financial performance.

Based in Charlotte, Janna is responsible for 30 parking operations, personnel management for more than 200 employees, and marketing initiatives for the region. She is intimately involved in operations and client relations. She is a National Parking Association member, an active Building Owners and Managers Association member and holds a Certified Parking Professional accreditation.
