Nathan Owen first worked with LAZ Parking in 2007 when the company formed a partnership with Indigo [formerly VINCI Park], and joined LAZ Parking to become Chief Financial Officer in 2010. Nathan oversees the financial and administrative support functions performed by our Home Office and regional teams, primarily in accounting, AP/AR, FP&A, M&A, tax and compliance, operational audit, and payroll.
Nathan spent 15 years at Deloitte in the United Kingdom and France, where he served as a mergers and acquisitions partner. Nathan served as Indigo's [formerly VINCI Park’s] advisor when that company acquired 50% of LAZ Parking in 2007, and he subsequently advised on the acquisitions of Sunset Parking, Ultimate Parking, and InterPark assets. Nathan has served on the advising council for the National Parking Association's parking magazine and the NPA's Leasing Task Force. Nathan graduated from Bristol University in the United Kingdom with a degree in Economics & Politics. He is a Chartered Accountant (ACA) and member of the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment (MCSI).
