Steven V. Gresh

Steve Gresh joined LAZ Parking in 2006. He previously served as Regional Vice President for Ohio, where he oversaw the development of the new region and managed one of the largest single parking concession contracts in the world, The Ohio State University "CampusParc" concession, with 17 garages, 153 lots, and one of the largest medical campus parking systems in the US. Prior to that, Steve was Regional Vice President of South Texas and General Manager of Connecticut.

Steve leverages his many years of venue and parking management to guide the critical operations of LAZ Parking locations nationwide. His strong operations and hardware background enables him to organize and standardize the thousands of physical operations that LAZ has across the country, creating uniform operating procedures and technology choices. He works closely with the LAZ IT and Innovations teams to ensure that LAZ will continue as the leader in the parking experience of the future. Steve graduated from Valparaiso University with a degree in Sports Management and Business.
