Felycia has a strong background in both business and food science, holding a Master's degree in Business & Information Systems with a focus on Business Statistics from RMIT University and a Bachelor's degree in Food Science and Technology from Monash University. Currently serving as a Category Experience member of the Traffic Team at Lazada since May 2021, Felycia's role involves improving customer user experience, optimizing processes using Excel, and managing team workflows to meet deadlines. Previous experience includes positions as a Cafe All Rounder at San Churro, an Export Assistant at PT Aneka Indo Mandiri, and a Quality Control team member at Ben Fortune Pastry Manufacturing, where skills in communication, food safety standards, and team collaboration were developed.
