Jiang Siwei

Jiang Siwei is a seasoned professional in logistics and algorithm design with a robust background spanning over a decade. Currently serving as Senior Vice President at Lazada Group since January 2020, Jiang specializes in logistics algorithm design and supply chain optimization. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Algorithm Advisor at Alibaba.com, where logistics optimization algorithms were developed for Hema. Jiang also worked as a Senior Researcher at NEC Laboratories Singapore, focusing on public transportation scheduling, and held a scientist position at the Singapore Institute of Manufacturing Technology, where research involved multi-objective optimization and last mile logistics. Academic qualifications include a Ph.D. in Multiobjective Evolutionary Algorithms from Nanyang Technological University, complemented by previous teaching and research roles at China University of Geosciences.
