Jiayuan Zhou

Jiayuan (Ceci) Zhou is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in organizational development and talent management. Currently serving as Vice President of Group Organization Development at Lazada since February 2022, Ceci has previously held roles at Blackdot as Manager of Business Transformation Consulting and at a-connect as Management Consultant. Early career experiences include positions at Baxter International Inc. as an MBA Summer Intern, DDI as a Consultant, and Korn Ferry Hay Group as both Consultant and Intern. Ceci holds an MBA from Nanyang Technological University Singapore and a Bachelor of Laws from China University of Political Science and Law.
