Lillian Jiang

As Chief People Officer of Lazada Group, Lillian Jiang oversees the Human Resource (HR) function across its markets and is responsible for driving organisational and people growth for the company. Lillian is an experienced HR veteran who has been with Alibaba Group for the past four years as the CPO for Alibaba Local Services Co.

Prior to joining Alibaba, she has led China, APJ and Global HR teams in several multinational companies. In December 2021, Lillian was appointed to her current role at Lazada and is based in Singapore.

Lillian graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Statistics from Beijing Technology and Business University, and has a Master of Science in Executive Coaching from Ashridge Executive Education, Hult International Business School.
