Long Doan has extensive experience in IT infrastructure and network engineering, currently serving as Senior Manager of IT Infrastructure at Lazada since September 2016. Prior roles include Manager of Network Engineering and Regional Senior Network Engineer, responsible for implementing and troubleshooting network infrastructure projects. Long's previous experience includes serving as Senior Network System Engineer at Advance Vision Technology, where expertise was applied in ICT solutions, and as Senior Network and System Engineer at Prism Information Technology Services, focusing on data protection solutions. Earlier in the career, Long worked as Network and System Engineer at OPWAN in France, managing network infrastructure for a data and VoIP service provider. Long holds a Bachelor of Engineering in System and Networking Management from the Posts and Telecommunications Institute of Technology. Specialties include Unified Communications, IT assessments, remote data backup services, and disaster recovery planning.
