Sally Yap, PMP, currently serves as the Regional Head of CX PMO & Process Design at Lazada since April 2022, where leadership of the PMO and Process Design team has resulted in significant cost savings and enhanced customer experience through the implementation of AI and business automation. Previously, from August 2019 to April 2022, Sally was the Regional Head of Customer Success Management at Infobip, overseeing customer success operations within a global communications platform. Sally also held several positions at TIME dotCom Berhad between November 2012 and August 2019, including Head of Enterprise Service Management, where responsibilities included managing top priority customer accounts and driving service management initiatives. Sally's experience further includes roles at Huawei Technologies as Regional Service Delivery Manager and Technical Trainer, as well as a Project Manager at Maxis, demonstrating a strong background in service management, customer success, and project leadership. Sally holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications from University Kebangsaan Malaysia.
