Neil Kotecha

Neil Kotecha is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in investment management and product development. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of Global Product Management at Lazard Asset Management, Neil plays a key role in product ideation, launches, and management processes, notably advancing the Active ETF Initiative. Previously, Neil worked as Associate Director at Nucleus Advisors, where contributions included portfolio construction strategies for high-net-worth clients and the development of operational processes. Neil's earlier roles at BNY Mellon encompassed managing client relationships and alternative investment research, and earlier positions involved operations and compliance management. Neil holds an MBA in Finance from the Questrom School of Business at Boston University and dual bachelor's degrees in Economics and International Relations from Boston University. Additionally, a course certificate in COVID-19 Contact Tracing was earned from Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health.
