Bennett Monson

Bennett Monson is a seasoned investment banking professional with extensive experience in the industrial technology sector. Currently serving as Managing Director at Lazard since August 2019, Bennett leads the Industrial Software & Technology practice. Prior to this role, Bennett held several leadership positions at Wells Fargo Securities from January 2011 to July 2019, including Managing Director of the Industrial Technology investment banking practice and Director focused on the electrical and automation sectors. Additional experience includes Vice President roles at Reynolds Advisory Partners and Evercore Partners, as well as foundational positions at Piper Jaffray, SG Cowen & Co., Raymond James & Associates, and KPMG Consulting. Bennett holds an MBA from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Foreign Service from Georgetown University’s Walsh School of Foreign Service.
