Guillaume Molinier

Guillaume Molinier is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions. Since June 2006, Guillaume has served as Managing Director at Lazard. Prior to this role, Guillaume held positions in M&A at SG CIB from 1997 to 2006 and provided strategy consulting at Booz Allen & Hamilton from 2000 to 2001. Education was completed at ESSEC Business School from 1995 to 1998, following studies at Lycée Carnot from 1992 to 1995.
