Keiran Wilson

Keiran Wilson is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in transaction advisory services, including M&A, real estate finance, restructuring, and due diligence. Currently serving as a Managing Director at Lazard since January 2015, Keiran has previously held positions as Director, Vice President, and Associate within the same firm. Prior experience includes a role as a Corporate Finance Executive at Ernst & Young from September 2011 to December 2014, and a Research Assistant position at the University of Edinburgh. Earlier training included internships at Ernst & Young and Aberdeen Asset Management. Keiran holds an LLB (Hons) degree in Law & Accounting from The University of Edinburgh and has also pursued studies at The University of Texas at Austin. Additionally, Keiran is a qualified Chartered Accountant recognized by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland.
