Tracey Abayeta

Tracey Abayeta serves as the HR Director for Global Talent Development at Lazard since September 2019, focusing on cultural transformation and impactful talent initiatives. Previous roles at Lazard include Senior Vice President for Inclusion, Diversity, Equity & Allyship, where notable projects included establishing a European Diversity & Inclusion Committee and launching mentoring programs. Tracey is also the founder of Opportunity Central, delivering transformational people development programs, and serves as CEO of Voice of Barnabas, providing encouragement to others. Additional experience includes co-founding the Business Network Group, and acting as Mentoring Consultant for PSALT's mentoring program for Black heritage students. Tracey’s early career includes positions at Citi in structured regulatory capital instruments. Educational credentials comprise a BA in Economics with French from the University of Nottingham and participation in the Solaris Executive Leadership Development Academy.
