Deborah Janowski

Deborah Janowski is a dedicated education professional with extensive experience in teaching and community involvement. Currently serving as the Community Involvement Coordinator at Lazear Capital Partners since August 2021, Deborah has also been contributing as an Early Childhood Teacher at Highlander School since August 2019. Prior teaching roles include positions at Dallas Independent School District from August 2004 to May 2007 and Garland Independent School District from March 2002 to August 2004. Deborah holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from The University of Tulsa, earned in 1996, and has a foundational education from Jenks High School in Oklahoma.
