Joe Laroche

Joe Laroche is an experienced finance professional with a diverse background in mergers and acquisitions, corporate reporting, and capital markets. Currently serving as Managing Director of Mergers & Acquisitions at Lazear Capital Partners since June 2022, Joe previously held multiple director roles at Root Inc. from January 2020 to June 2022, where responsibilities included corporate reporting and investor relations. Prior to that, Joe served at Milestone Aviation, progressing from Associate to VP of Commercial - USA between March 2014 and January 2020. Beginning a career in financial analysis at GBQ Consulting LLC, Joe specialized in business valuations for public and private entities. Educational achievements include a Bachelor of Science in Business from Miami University, complemented by minors in Business Analytics and Decision Sciences, alongside experience as a student instructor and server manager during college years.
