Sonny Gidden has a diverse work experience in the field of information technology. Starting in 2019, Sonny worked as an Information Technology Intern at Oak Hill Collaborative, where they were responsible for resolving various IT issues, including printer maintenance, security camera setup, and upgrading technology assets. In 2019, they also worked as a Data Analyst Intern at Novation Enterprises, where they coordinated the implementation of a new program, Service Fusion, and performed fieldwork installing 5G antennas. In 2020, Sonny gained experience as a System Engineering Intern at Progressive Insurance, working on two teams and learning valuable skills. Currently, since 2021, Sonny is working as a Support Engineer at Lazorpoint, applying their technical expertise to assist with customer support. Prior to these roles, Sonny served as a Scripps IT Ambassador at Scripps College, assisting with IT issues and providing higher-level IT solutions to students and faculty.
