Leow Sok Hoon

Leow Sok Hoon, aged 48, female, a Malaysian, is a Non-Independent Non-Executive Director of LB Aluminium Berhad and was appointed to the Board on 3 August 1993. She holds an Advanced Diploma, Association of Business Executives (ABE), a Diploma in Business Administration, University of Wales and a BA in Business Administration also from the University of Wales. She is a businesswoman.

Ms Leow does not have any conflict of interest with the Company. She has had no conviction for any offences in the past five (5) years and has not been imposed with any public sanction or penalty by the relevant regulatory bodies during the financial year.
