Scott Garland

Scott Garland is a seasoned professional in the biotechnology and pharmaceutical sectors, currently serving as a Venture Partner at Vida Ventures, LLC and an Advisor at GV (Google Ventures). Garland holds multiple board positions, including Board Chair at LB Pharmaceuticals, Inc. and Board Member at Olema Oncology, ALX Oncology, Day One Biopharmaceuticals, and previously at Calithera Biosciences and PACT Pharma. Garland has extensive experience in leadership roles, having served as President and CEO of Portola Pharmaceuticals and as a Board Member at Karyopharm Therapeutics Inc.
