Vickie Brown

Vickie L. Brown currently serves as the Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer at L/B Water Service, Inc. since January 2016 and as Pastor at Saint Peter's Lutheran Church since August 2017. Vickie L. Brown holds a Master of Divinity degree from the Lutheran Theological Seminary at Gettysburg, completed between 2000 and 2004, and a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education and Teaching from PennWest Edinboro, attained between 1996 and 2000. Vickie L. Brown graduated from Stong Vincent High School in 1996.
