Stacy Volesko Kaiser has worked in a variety of roles in the food industry since 2001. Stacy began their career at Firmenich as an Applications employee, where they investigated and resolved solubility and other issues caused by fragrances in client bases, managed and trained several people, and prepared fragrance samples for client evaluation. In 2004, they moved to A&B Ingredients as a Product Development employee, where they extensively worked with major food companies to develop and market new food products, formulated ice creams, frozen yogurts, and sauces, and participated in trade shows and client demonstrations. In 2007, they joined Nu Products Seasoning as a Sr. Food Technologist/Sales, where they managed projects, including creating and formulating new seasonings and flavors that met the clients' expectations, used their technical knowledge to assist customers with various projects, and researched ingredient functionality. In 2008, they became a Nutritionist at True New You, where they created and designed a website, marketed Nutritional Services using networking, fliers, and online resources, and maintained knowledge of functional foods through continuing education courses, trade shows, and research. In 2011, they joined GNT as a Technical Sales/Food Scientist, where they conducted presentations for client R&D and marketing teams, used their technical knowledge to ascertain needs of patron color matching for various products, successfully established relationships with new accounts in a multi-region territory, worked on applications and formulations with natural colors and antioxidants, and increased sales with companies along the east coast. In 2012, they worked as a Temporary Outreach Associate (Sandy Relief) at Public Health Solutions Neighborhood WIC. In 2013, they joined Boulder Brands - Smart Balance as a Food Scientist. In 2018, they moved to Centerchem as a Technical Services Specialist. Finally, in 2022, they became a Product Manager at LBB Specialties.

Stacy Volesko Kaiser obtained their Bachelor's of Science in Food Science from Rutgers University in 2001. Stacy then went on to receive their MS in Nutrition from the University of Bridgeport in 2007. In 2005, they completed a Holistic Health Certificate (HHC) from the Integrative Institute of Nutrition. In 2019, they obtained their PCQI Certificate from the FSPCA.
