Margarita then worked as a Marketing Intern at Courion Corporation before moving on to Ezra Home Care, LLC, where they worked as a Marketing and Community Outreach Specialist. In 2011, they joined Kronos as a Marketing Specialist and later transitioned to Partners Properties LLC as a Regional Property Manager.

In 2013, Margarita joined LBC Boston as a Senior Project Manager, where they worked until 2016. During their time at LBC Boston, they contributed to the company's growth and success. Margarita then returned to LBC Boston in 2016, this time as a Sr. Vice President of Development. In this role, they played a crucial part in increasing the company's gross income from residential properties, reducing operating expenses, and enhancing the Net Operating Income (NOI).
