Irene de Guzman - Licas

Irene De Guzman - Licas has extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Irene started their career at BANK OF THE PHILIPPINE ISLANDS (BPI INSCOS) / AYALA LIFE ASSURANCE, INC. as a Senior Manager and Head of Corporate Systems and Control from July 2003 to October 2007. Irene then joined Smart Communications, Inc. as a Senior Manager, Head of Technology Group Program Management Office from November 2007 to 2014. At Smart Communications, they oversaw and managed multiple cross-functional programs and led the implementation of strategic projects. In 2015, Irene joined PLDT, where they held various roles including Head of Consumer Strategy, Business Planning and Cost Management. Irene developed analytical models, designed strategies for business growth, and managed spending and budget for the Consumer Business Segment. Most recently, Irene joined LBC Express, Inc. as VP - Head of Corporate Planning in February 2020.

Irene De Guzman - Licas obtained a Bachelor's degree in BS Economics from the University of the Philippines, Diliman from 1999 to 2003. Irene also completed their primary and secondary education at St. Paul College Pasig from 1987 to 1995. Additionally, they obtained a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification from Oriel STAT A MATRIX in 2005.
