Laura Atchabarova

Laura Atchabarova is an accomplished Contracts and Procurement Manager at LBL INTERNATIONAL since January 2017, with extensive experience in procurement and subcontract management. Previously, Laura held several roles at AECOM from 2009 to 2015, advancing from Procurement Specialist to Subcontracts and Procurement Manager, where responsibilities included leading a team of nine and managing comprehensive procurement processes in compliance with FAR. Prior to AECOM, Laura served as the Head of Business Development Department at G4 City LLP, overseeing the construction of four satellite cities around Almaty, aimed at developing modern urban infrastructure. Laura holds a Bachelor’s degree in Management in the Oil & Gas Industry from Kazakh-British Technical University.
