Dave Roberts

Dave Roberts has a diverse work experience spanning over three decades. Dave started their career as a Customer Support Representative at Armor Systems, Inc. in 1987. In 1988, they joined Florida Hospital and progressed through various roles, ultimately becoming the Manager of the Network Services Group.

In 1998, Dave transitioned to Cracker Barrel, where they served as the Manager of Store Support and User Computing, and later as the Manager of Technology Planning and Analysis. In 2002, they joined HCA as the Director of IT&S, where they held a leadership position for seven years.

From 2010 to 2011, Dave worked as a Consulting Project Manager at Provisions Group, and concurrently served as the Assistant High School Baseball Coach at Mount Juliet Christian Academy.

From 2009 to 2011, they operated their own business, Roberts Business and Technical Services, as the Principal.

From 2011 to 2017, Dave worked at W Squared, first as the Vice President of Technology Solutions/Client CIO, and then as the Chief Information Officer. Dave was responsible for providing outsourced solutions in various areas such as technology management, healthcare information technology, finance, accounting, and human resources.

In 2014, Dave became the Chief Information Officer at Accelerated Learning Solutions (ALS), overseeing high schools designed for students aged 16-21 who have dropped out or are at risk of dropping out. Their role involved managing the instructional model, flexible scheduling, and on-site wraparound social services.

Currently, Dave is the Senior Manager/Client Facing Virtual CIO at LBMC Technology Solutions, where they serve as an outsourced CIO, providing strategic planning and technical operations management for a variety of clients across different industries.

Throughout their career, Dave Roberts has gained extensive experience in technology management, strategic planning, project coordination, and leadership roles in the healthcare, education, consulting, and retail sectors.

Dave Roberts attended South Florida State College from 1981 to 1983, where they obtained an Associate of Arts (A.A.) degree. Dave then went on to the University of Central Florida from 1984 to 1986, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration. No field of study was mentioned for their Associate of Arts degree.
