Lily Desnoes

Lily Desnoes has an extensive work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Lily is currently the Human Resources Director at La Banque Postale Asset Management since April 2021. Prior to this, they worked as a Lecturer at the University of Paris I: Panthéon-Sorbonne starting in September 2018. Lily also has experience in HR strategy consulting for the retail business from March 2020 to April 2021. From July 2019 to March 2020, they were the Chief Human Resources Officer at KLEPIERRE. Their other experiences include Fragrances International Marketing Director at L'Occitane en Provence, Marketing and Communication Director at DMC - Europe, and Marketing Manager at Make up For Ever and International Marketing Product Manager at Parfums Givenchy, both at LVMH.

Lily Desnoes has a Master's Degree in Management from ESCP Business School. Lily also holds a Bachelor's degree in Chinese Language and Literature from Beijing Language and Culture University.
