Dominika van Santen has over 10 years of experience in the real estate industry, currently serving as a Sales Agent and Real Estate Agent at Coldwell Banker Realty in California since June 2022. In addition to this role, Dominika has been a Building Manager at LBPM and a Property Manager for three residential properties since 2013, responsible for comprehensive property management functions. Previous experience includes working as a Leasing Consultant at InterSolutions, LLC, and serving as a Board Member for Windmill Lakes Condominiums. Dominika holds a Bachelor’s degree in Communications with a focus on Film, TV & Radio Journalism from Universidad Rafael Belloso Chacín and a high school diploma from Mater Salvatoris.
