Sterre de Haas

Sterre de Haas currently works as a Junior Adviseur Ruimte en Milieu at LBP|SIGHT, focusing on spatial planning, permit issuance, and land stewardship since September 2023. Prior experience includes serving as a Front Desk Receptionist at HKU from September 2019 to October 2023 and a Hospitality Host at HNK, Het Nieuwe Kantoor BV, from August 2015 to October 2023. In addition, Sterre conducted a thesis research project at Hoogheemraadschap van Rijnland from February to July 2023, which centered on modeling the effects of implementing an improved drainage system in the Haarlemmermeerpolder. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Pedagogical Sciences and a Bachelor of Science in Geology/Earth Sciences, both obtained from Utrecht University between 2016 and 2021, along with a VWO diploma from St. Bonifatiuscollege, earned in 2015.
