Annette Read has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Annette began their career at Bristol & West in 1993, working as a Personal Financial Manager. Annette then progressed into roles such as Branch Manager, Area Manager, and Head of Communications Office. In 1998, Annette became the Head of Direct Investments, and in 2000 they took on the role of Head of Online & Direct Savings. In this position, they led the company's first internet savings bank and was responsible for developing the customer service function into a profit center. In 2002, Annette joined SAM 365 as a Director, where they remained until 2011. During this time, they had a significant impact on the company's growth and success. Following their tenure at SAM 365, Annette transitioned to Brightside Group as the Director of Marketing and Communications, a role they held until 2015. Most recently, Annette served as the Head of Marketing at London & Country Mortgages.
