Dr. Ugur Kaplan is a seasoned professional in data strategy and management, currently serving as the Assistant General Manager of Data at LC Waikiki since December 2019, where responsibilities include executing the company's data strategy and leading the data value chain. Previously, Dr. Kaplan held roles such as Head of Data at LC Waikiki, Management Consultant at Boston Consulting Group, and Senior Manager in Management Consulting at PwC Turkey. With a strong academic background, Dr. Kaplan earned a Ph.D. in Industrial Engineering from Koç University and has served as a lecturer at Gebze Technical University, as well as a teaching and research assistant during a doctoral program at Koç University.
