Gokhan Denizhan

Gokhan Denizhan is a seasoned human resources leader with extensive experience in overseeing HR operations across multiple countries and organizations. Currently serving as Deputy General Manager of Human Resources at LC Waikiki since March 2014, Gokhan is responsible for managing HR processes for a workforce of 40,000 employees across 1,280 stores in 58 countries. Previous roles include Director of Global Retail Human Resources and International Retail Human Resources at KVK Teknoloji Ürünleri, and various senior HR positions at KKTCELL, BSH Home Appliances, and İktisat Bankası. Gokhan holds multiple degrees in Philosophy from Hacettepe University and has developed a strong background in talent management, organizational development, and strategic HR consulting.
