Christina Pavone

Christina Pavone has significant experience in the ophthalmic field, currently serving as Clinical Operations Manager at LasikPlus (LCA-Vision Inc.) since August 2012, where responsibilities have included leadership roles as Lead Ophthalmic Technician and Ophthalmic Technician. Previously, Christina held the position of EyeCare Supervisor at Lenscrafters from December 2009 to August 2012, leading a team of 13 sales associates and successfully enhancing employee morale while meeting patient needs aligned with key performance indicators. Earlier roles included serving as an EyeCare Advisor, responsible for patient preparation and pre-examination testing. Christina is an alumnus of the College of DuPage (2013-2015) and Triton College (2007-2015).
