Caroline Lewis

Caroline Lewis is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations and development within the housing sector. Currently serving as Operations Director at LCB Group since November 2024, Caroline previously held various leadership roles at United Living Group, including Managing Director of New Homes and Development Director, from October 2018 to October 2024. Prior experience includes Development Director at Cardiff Community Housing Association and Land Manager at Taylor Wimpey plc. Caroline began their career as a Sustainable Estates Officer at GROUNDWORK CAERPHILLY. An educational background in Town and Country Planning includes a Bachelor of Arts and a Master's degree from the University of the West of England, as well as a PGDiP in Surveying from the University of Reading.
