Owen Hughes

Owen Hughes is currently the Head of Finance, IT & Procurement at LCB CONSTRUCTION LIMITED since April 2017. Previously, Owen served as a Financial Controller at CELSA GROUP from February 2013 to April 2017, where Owen managed a £10 million monthly budget and handled cost accounting, analysis, forecasting, budgeting, project appraisal, and internal control. Owen also worked as an Assistant Accountant at DS Smith Recycling and Cardiff Landscaping & Maintenance Services Limited, where Owen gained experience in financial reporting, cost analysis, and company administration. Owen holds a MSc & BA(Hons) in Accounting & Finance from the University of South Wales.
