April Wagner

April Wagner has over a decade of experience in senior living operations, starting as an Assisted Living Coordinator at Sunrise Senior Living in 2011. April held various roles, including Associate Executive Director and Executive Director, before moving to LCB Senior Living, LLC in 2018. At LCB, April served as Executive Director, Executive Director Specialist, and currently works as the Regional Director of Operations, a position they have held since March 2023.

April Wagner attended Springfield College and obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Disability Studies. April then went on to attend Colorado Technical University to pursue a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Human Resources Management and Services.
