Kelly Gilbert

Kelly Gilbert is an Associate Solicitor at LCF Law, having joined in September 2023, following a 15-year tenure at Lupton Fawcett LLP where Kelly served as a Senior Solicitor within the Dispute Management department. This role involved expertise in various commercial disputes, including partnership and shareholder disputes, contentious probate, landlord and tenant disputes, and professional negligence. Kelly's career began as a Legal Assistant and progressed through several positions, including Trainee Solicitor and Legal Secretary/Assistant, with a focus on personal injury claims. Kelly holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from Sheffield Hallam University and completed the Legal Practice Course at Leeds Metropolitan University.
