Andrew Foley is a highly experienced electrical engineer, currently serving as a Senior Associate at LCI Consultants since October 2023. Prior to this role, Andrew held various positions at Umow Lai from September 2009 to October 2023, including Senior Associate and Associate. Andrew's extensive career also includes significant roles as a Senior Electrical Engineer at Arup, Umow Lai & Associates, Norman Disney & Young, GHD, FDT Associates Ltd, Multi Design Consultants Ltd, Design Group Partnership Ltd, and Povall Flood & Wilson Ltd from 1997 to 2009. Andrew holds a Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng) Honours degree in Building Services & Environmental Engineering from the University of Liverpool, obtained from 1991 to 1995.
