Damien Mays

Damien Mays is an experienced Electrical Engineer currently employed at LCI Consultants since October 2022. Previously, Damien served as a Project Engineer at Norman Disney & Young from January 2020 to October 2022 and began a professional career as a Graduate Engineer at D&E Air Conditioning between February and December 2019. Education includes two Bachelor's degrees from Monash University, one in Mechanical Engineering and the other in Mathematics and Astrophysics, both completed in 2018. Additional experience includes roles as a Customer Success Advocate at Kontrol4, Resident Advisor at Monash Residential Services, and a Vacation Student at CSIRO, among others. Damien's strong background in project management, teamwork, and technical analysis is complemented by a commitment to customer service and community engagement.
