Stephen Hall

Stephen Hall, currently employed as Director at LCI Consultants since October 2016, previously held the position of Technical Director at AECOM from January 2009 to September 2016. Prior to that, Stephen served as Technical Director at Bassett Consulting Engineers from January 1991 to May 2009, which later merged into AECOM.
