Brian Bear has extensive experience in operations and project management within the construction and mining sectors. Currently, as part of LCI-Lineberger Construction since October 2022, Brian is responsible for planning and organizing resources for project completion while ensuring quality, cost control, safety, and customer satisfaction. Prior experience includes roles at OceanaGold Corporation, where positions ranged from Senior Analyst in Mine Operations to Senior Specialist in Fleet Asset Management, focusing on financial assistance and performance tracking. Additional roles at PIC Group, Inc. encompassed operational duties as a Control Room Operator and Auxiliary Operator, while earlier positions at Kinross Gold Corporation and Epson Portland Inc. involved technical maintenance and repair work. Brian's early career in the US Navy involved the operation and maintenance of reactor propulsion equipment, reinforcing a strong foundation in technical and safety protocols. Brian holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Finance from Southern New Hampshire University.

LCI - Lineberger Construction Inc., was started in 1995 by Kim Lineberger. Ms. Lineberger graduated with a degree in Civil Engineering from North Carolina State University before going to work in her father's construction firm and finally opening her own firm in 1995. LCI is a complete sitework contractor that provides clients with the total package in construction projects. Grading-We specialize in Highway, Commercial Sites, and Residential Clearing and Grading as well as Utility Installation. We will perform all Erosion Control to minimize the environmental impact from construction as well as hydro seed to stabilize disturbed areas. Full Depth Reclaimation-We can perform all of your Reclamation and Site Stabilization needs. Cost effective way to rehabilitate deteriorated roads as well as parking lots and drive ways. Paving & Trucking-We can pave anything from a Highway to a Driveway and everything in between. In addition, we provide Trucking with a Fleet of Dump Trucks and Flatbed Lowboys.
